RETURNS

We hope we love your The Emmy Difference order, but if you would like to return your order - please contact us at info@theemmydifference.com to arrange a return.

You have 14 days within the receipt of goods to notify us of your return and then a further 14 days to return your goods providing the items are in the original condition.

We will inspect the returned goods and if any items that do not meet the above requirements e.g. altered or damaged will be returned to sender and a refund will not be issued.

Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
