The delivery costs and estimated timescales below are from the date your order is shipped.

Due to the current situation there may be a delay in delivery but we will aim to keep you updated on any changes.

Please note: Delivery times are an estimate only, your order can be delayed for any reason for example due to customs. We will endeavour to keep you updated with any unforeseen delays.
FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If you order is for delivery outside of the EU, this means that, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Custom charges may also apply.
Import Duties, Taxes and Custom Charges will be the responsibility of the customer to make the payment.

We hope we love your The Emmy Difference order, but if you would like to return your order - please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a return.
You have 14 days within the receipt of goods to notify us of your return and then a further 14 days to return your goods providing the items are in the original condition.
We will inspect the returned goods and if any items that do not meet the above requirements e.g. altered or damaged will be returned to sender and a refund will not be issued.
Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
